Fixing system suitable for PV panels with aluminum frame, indicative dimensions: 1.65 x 1 meters
It is recommended to employ one Climpo for each intersection point between the frame and the sheet rib to avoid installation problems
The system requires transversal positioning of the modules in relation to sheet length
Verify the suitability of the system according to the specifications provided by the module manufacturer
Perform a compatibility check of the module frame and the Climpo system; compatibility does not fall under ISCOM's responsibility
Roof slope must be <10%, higher slopes require additional fasteners (contact ISCOM)
The Climpo attachment is not a snow guard. Snow loads must be handled with proper devices
Using the supplied stopper screw entails a distance of 10 mm between PV modules (screw head diameter)
The system can be applied to modules with frames shown in Tab.1; different frames (Tab.2) require the proper spacer
To optimize space with "small" frame modules, use the Short Climpo RSA 302, with a different distance between fixing hooks
For better architectural integration when laying the PV field, use the Header Climpo RSA 301
To make the fixing on Riverclack sheet ribs easier, it is recommended to use the dedicated iron fastener; it can be requested during the order process
For assembly, follow specific ISCOM instructions
It is possible to install the item on curved panels with >30 m radii. You may install the item even if the radius is <30 m and >5 m, but in this case PV panels must be installed on profiled interface elements, not on Climpo clamps directly
