RIVERCLACK S.p.a. strives for the continuous development of its industrial processes and products by adopting preventive measures to counter pollution and promote workplace safety. 

For this reason, we have adopted a risk-based enterprise Management System, with the goal of preserving the health and safety of our staff, external partners and visitors, as well as meeting the needs of our clients and protecting the environment by adhering to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. 

RIVERCLACK Policy

The return on invested capital and business risk are two important prerequisites that must however fit in with all the required regulations. 

Our current policy is issued to all our employees and external stakeholders and must be seen by all personnel as the standard to apply in performing their work. RIVERCLACK S.p.a. is committed to keeping this policy updated and to implementing and maintaining its Management System, as well as to continuously improve its performance in terms of quality, health, safety and the environment.

Top Management at RIVERCLACK S.p.a. aims to achieve the following goals:

  • Client and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Employees’ health and safety protection as well as injury prevention;
  • Raising awareness of safety, environment, quality and shared company principles among employees;
  • Environmental care and waste reduction;
  • Human resources improvement through process digitalization, working conditions and communication enhancement;
  • Further developing and innovating the Riverclack® system to ensure that clients benefit the most from our product features, as well as implementing new integrated supplements and production equipment through marketing activities;
  • Shared goals with external stakeholders in regard to quality, environment, health and safety;
  • More presence on international markets.
Guidelines

Corporate has opted to operate according to the following main guidelines:

  • Continuous Management System improvement in order to solve potential corporate process problems;
  • Definition of the Integrated Management System supervisors, giving them full organizational freedom to develop and manage the aforementioned system;
  • Assignment of specific tasks and responsibilities concerning quality, environment and staff safety;
  • Monitoring of the whole company's product manufacturing process via continuous analysis of the various technological, commercial, environment and human facets that contribute to its creation; as well as evaluating potential divergences and the implementation of corrective measures;
  • Increasing employee motivation in order to raise shared accountability and awareness on all levels for their own health and safety as well as that of others. Environmental awareness is also expected to be addressed through training courses when necessary.
