RIVERCLACK - in accordance with the ethical and governance principles and the purposes established by its By-laws - has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model, with the approval of the Board of Directors on November 22, 2023. At the same time as adopting the Organization, Management and Control Model, RIVERCLACK appointed a 3-person Supervisory Body (SB).

A dedicated communication channel has been established with the SB at the email address odv231@iscom.it, to which any reports must be sent and access to which is reserved for the SB.

RIVERCLACK has also adopted (again by resolution of the Board of Directors dated 22 November 2023) a suitable Whistleblowing Procedure for the protection of persons reporting violations of European Union law and national law pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 dated March 10, 2023, designating the Supervisory Body as the manager of the reporting channel, pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 24 dated March 10, 2023.
