The roofing system which has set a new industry standard. With a track record of innovation and reliability, Riverclack® is more than a simple roofing system: it’s a coating that envelops and defines architectural spaces whilst adapting to its surroundings. Riverclack® is a true testament to our commitment to excellence. Each metal sheet is carefully crafted and perfected down to the smallest detail.
The Riverclack® standing seam roofing system is the ideal choice for any kind of project. Thanks to its versatility, it will adapt to many applications and - regardless of the kind of building you might want to install it on - it offers long-lasting performance in addition to a timeless style.
Our metal sheets can be profiled on-site at any length, eliminating the need of impractical and unsightly joints along the slopes. The system features a drainage channel which prevents any kind of water infiltration risk inside the building. Our exclusive locking clips enable a perforation-free installation without specific tools as the installation can be carried out via sheer foot pressure.
Riverclack® set itself apart from the competition thanks to its unique, easy and fast installation procedure; thanks to its snap-fit locking system, the two adjacent metal sheets that make up our exclusive system can be easily fastened together without tools.
The perfect combination of form and function without functional or aesthetic compromises. The Riverclack® standing seam metal roofing system represents a high-quality exclusive solution for the metal covering of flat, curved and all kinds of complex-shaped structures.
Our locking clips allow the metal sheets to thermally expand freely, ensuring exceptional wind load resistance along with complete waterproofness. Additionally, the plastic material of our clips serves as an efficient thermal and electrical break between the roofing system and the underlying structure.
No clip pre-positioning/alignment is required: our clips self-position during installation. Thanks to its fast and easy installation process, Riverclack® ensures time-saving operations for an earlier project completion date. Ease of use and practicality in combination with high-quality materials is what defines us the most.
The Riverclack® standing seam metal roofing system has proved its exceptional resistance against wind load, its watertightness is also unrivaled, making it truly a unique product. From the rigid Siberian winters to the ruthless Saudi sun, Riverclack® can withstand them all, reaffirming its reliability.
When we created Riverclack® - about 30 years ago - our goal was to give our clients the means to achieve their ideal roofing project beyond contraints or preconceived ideas on what can or can't be built. We have always aimed at satisfying the designer's creative vision, unhindered by functional or aesthetic hurdles.
The drainage channel is one of the main features that set our system apart from its existing competitors. Under strong headwind conditions against the roof pitch, bodies of flowing water can build up across the metal roofing surface. Without regular water flow, water levels are bound to rise, causing the profile to be submerged. This is no hindrance for our system, for the drainage channel gathers excess water coming from the side seams, then channels it through the gutter, preventing any water leakage risk into the building underneath.
In our dedicated laboratory, we have subjected our system to a test that would be extremely demanding for any other product. A large vat was employed with Riverclack® 550 as its floor without any sealant or gasket between each sheet. The pool was then filled with 300 mm of water, leaving the Riverclack® sheets completely submerged for 45 days. During this entire time, not a single drop of water has managed to penetrate under the roofing system. This test proved once again the sturdiness and unrelenting efficiency of Riverclack®.
In the roofing industry, where the 3000 series alumium alloys are typically employed, ISCOM has introduced the high-performance 5754-H18 alloy. We have managed to best craft a roofing system that features exceptional inalterability, walkability and hail resistance; it is also thinner (0,7 mm) than other products on the market - which can be up to 1,5 mm thick - while preserving its exceptional performance. The exceptional qualities of the 5754 alloy show incredible potential when applied to the H18 physical state.
Light and high performing, it is widely employed for aeronautical and automotive applications. Its superb resistance to atmospheric and marine corrosion makes it ideal for particularly aggressive environments, where it shows superior performance as opposed to 3000 series aluminum alloys. In the span of three decades, we have matured experience and expertise to best produce this material, achieving the perfect balance between mechanical performance and ductility, which is essential to the profiling process.
The features of the 5754-H18 alloy allow you to walk freely on the Riverclack® roofing system without leaving permanent marks or damaging its surface at all. In this regard, Riverclack® sheets are thoroughly lab tested through the cyclical application of the concentrated load of a foot-sized rubber interface attached to a piston on 0,7 mm thick aluminum sheets, showing incredible heavy load resistance. Under certain conditions, our sheets can sustain up to 400 Kg loads without undergoing any deformation that could compromise their functionality.
Riverclack® offers three standard sheet width options: Riverclack® 500, Riverclack® 550, and Riverclack® 600, the first two are respectively 500 mm and 550 mm wide and are used for roofing operations, with a pitch ranging from 0,5% to 5%; Riverclack® 600 is 600 mm wide and it is employed for 5% pitch and above roofing.
We can meet any architectural, functional or budgetary requirement thanks to the technology and expertise whe have developed throughout all these years. We offer customized widths including or without the drainage channel, granting you all the freedom you need for your designs.
We also give you the option of < 25 m mechanically roll bent sheet radii. Depending on the material (aluminum, copper, zinc-titanium or stainless steel) and its thickness, 3 m convex-shaped and 8 m concave-shaped radii can be achieved.
It’s also feasible to have a combination of concave and convex shapes along with more radii of curvature across the length of a single sheet. The bending process makes it possible to achieve up to 1,5 m convex-shaped radii. Due to the new generation of profiling machines, which can be equipped with a tapering kit, Riverclack® also offers the option of tapered and custom width sheets, which can also be profiled on-site. The minimum width at the end of the sheet amounts to 170 mm while 550 mm is the maximum. Tapered sheets, similarly to straight sheets, are self-cambering and can be mechanically bent.
If the metal sheet length exceeds the maximum size allowed to be manufactured inside our factories and to be transported, we provide on-site profiling and roll bending, which have proven to be the most efficient solution in the event of large projects requiring a great amount of transportation, which in turn would cause an increase in cost and CO2 emissions.
On-site production isn’t a compromise however, in fact, regardless of the distance from our industrial sites, the Riverclack® standing seam roofing system can be manufactured on-site to the exact same high standards as our main factories: the production units are indeed exactly the same and are all equipped with test benches in order to test, inspect and assess the quality of the profiled sheets. Riverclack® also provides various production methods: from ground-level production to the employment of elevated loading ramps.
In addition to the 5754-H18 aluminum alloy, Riverclack® can be built with many other materials:
